About Me

My photo
Alicia
My name is Alicia and I’m 23. I graduated in May 2012 from the University at Buffalo with a BA in Applied Mathematics, though I currently work as an accountant at a mortgage company. After sitting all day at a computer, I get antsy, hence my gym addiction. Recently I've been adding more yoga to my workouts and completely in love with it. A future goal for me is to become a yoga instructor. The name of my blog comes from two things. In Spring 2011, I studied abroad in Australia and met my friend Jenny there during a surf camp. She would do poses each place she went and I decided to do a bridge each place I went. Jenny helped me improve my bridges and now I try to do one each place I go. The other meaning is facing the challenges of life and crossing bridges to move on. This blog will follow my journey as I enter into the real world with a full time job and try to find the balance between my work, the gym, food and friends.
